Principal's Message
Dear Bertram Families,
I am humbled and honored to serve as Bertram's principal and I look forward to years of learning and growing together. Bertram Elementary is truly a special place!
I come to Bertram having spent the past 18 years in education as a teacher, Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal. Most recently, I’ve spent the past two years serving as Assistant Principal at Burnet Middle School.
While I am proud of my educational journey, my greatest source of pride is my family. My husband Chris and I have been married for 18 years. Together we share two amazing children, Caden (17) and Caitlynn (13) and one very energetic dog, Tessie. As a family we enjoy traveling, watching movies, and hanging out in the pool.

As a champion for children I believe in doing what is best for students. I believe all children can learn at high levels and should receive an exemplary education in an environment that is safe and conducive to learning. I sincerely believe that a strong, positive partnership with parents and community members is essential to the success of our students.
My door is always open and I sincerely welcome your input and support. Together we will make the 2023-2024 school year the best one yet!
