Happy Veterans Day from Bertram Elementary!
The students, faculty, and staff would like to extend our sincere appreciation and thanks to the military veterans in our community. Each year, Bertram students spend several weeks preparing a special presentation for Veterans Day. While we cannot have our traditional assembly this year, our students continued to work hard to create a meaningful way to honor our veterans. Preparing this presentation not only allows us to show our gratitude, but also provides a wonderful learning opportunity for students around the freedoms, rights, and protections we enjoy as Americans. All of which are made possible because of the selfless service of our military men and women.
