5th Grade Science and Social Studies with Mrs. Brandon

Hi! I'm Allison Brandon, and I teach 5th Grade Science and Social Studies at Bertram Elementary. This is my 12th year in education and my second year at Bertram Elementary. Before returning to the classroom, I spent seven years as an assistant principal, but I realized that my favorite part of education is working directly with students every day. Building relationships, fostering curiosity, and helping students grow are what I love most about teaching.

When I'm not at school, you'll usually find me spending time with my two children, Jasper and Chloe, reading a good book, crafting, or cheering on my daughter's softball team or my son's football team. I believe learning should be engaging, hands-on, and meaningful, and I strive to create a classroom where every student feels valued, supported, and excited to learn.
