Bertram Elementary Educator of the Year Congratulations to Lanette Lough! We are so proud to announce that she is Bertram Elementary's Educator of the Year! Mrs. Lough goes above and beyond to truly make a difference in the lives of her 2nd grade students. She advocates for all students and inspires them to learn and strive for excellence. In the classroom, she finds creative ways to teach while staying up to date with best practices and current educational trends. She is an amazing educator whose passion for teaching is evident in the way she makes learning fun and a positive experience. She has the admiration and respect of her colleagues and is loved by her students and parents for her dedication and heart. Mrs. Lough loves teaching and loves to share that joy with her students. Bertram Elementary Pays Tribute to Veterans Patriotism, pride, and honor were proudly on display at Bertram Elementary as students presented a special program that paid tribute to local Veterans on Friday, November 9th.
EARLY RELEASE DAY! Friday, April 5th, school will be dismissed 3 hours early at 12:15 p.m. Buses will run as normal. Bus students will arrive at their destination 3 hours earlier.
Family Math and Science Night will be Tuesday, February 26th, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Please join us for some family fun with hands-on math and science in your child's classroom. Also, stop by and visit the school book fair in the library. We're looking forward to seeing you there!
