Hello! My name is Brandy Wood and I am proud to serve the Bertram Bulldog family this year as your school counselor. I have been in education for 30 years, with my most recent role being a High School counselor at Burnet High School.  I have been married to my High School sweetheart for over 30 years, and we believe education is our mission field.  We have 3 terrific young adults, and now are enjoying being empty nesters.  In our down time, you can find us on the lake or riding around in our golf cart!

I am excited to begin this new journey at Bertram Elementary! I look forward to partnering with staff, parents and the community to provide a comprehensive guidance plan that strives to provide all students the skills necessary to promote healthy and productive academic, social and emotional development.  And……………..
